Harrison & Sons Construction Group is a residential and commercial construction, renovation, and remodeling company serving the Greater Memphis area.
Founder & President
Marcus Harrison
Marcus founded the company in 2008 after years in the field, convinced that most construction problems are communication problems that show up later as expensive ones.
He built the company around a simple operating rule: nothing gets built that wasn't first written down and agreed on. Scope, selections, sequencing, and schedule are documented before a crew mobilizes, and revisited in the open when conditions change.
Marcus stays involved in the parts of a project that determine whether it goes well — the initial walkthrough, the scope review, and the final punch list. In between, clients work with a project lead who knows the job in detail and answers the phone.
The “& Sons” in the name is a statement of intent. This was built to be a company that continues, held to a standard that doesn't depend on who is on site that day.

Scope & Planning
Scope, selections, sequencing, and schedule are documented in writing so expectations are shared and decisions are made ahead of the work, not during it.

Build & Coordinate
Crews and trade partners are coordinated day to day, with the site kept orderly and progress communicated on a consistent, predictable rhythm.

Final Walkthrough
We walk the finished work together, resolve punch items, and hand over documentation so you know exactly what was built and how to care for it.
